+ Interest, enthusiasm, and pride in fabricating the undeniably most amazingly delicious & nutritious product unlike anything else with only highest quality, including executing the steps needed to do so (Cutting, Prepping, Presenting, Cleaning)
+ Attention to spatial cleanliness and shop well being. “These Walls Can Talk”
+ Willingness to hybridize work and play
+ Open to conversation between yourself and guests
+ Diversify skills between Point of Sale use and product creation
+ Mainly stand & walk during shifts, potentially over hours at a time
+ Able to lift at least 50 pounds
+ Be a United States resident with photo ID and Texas Food Handlers License
+ Punctuality with reliable transportation
